Our after-sales service policy:
1) For problems caused by customer misoperation, we will provide customers with a video on how to operate the machine.
2) If regular wearing parts need to be replaced, we will send the replacement parts with the next batch of orders and provide instruction manuals or videos to teach customers how to replace them.
3) If the refrigerator does not work/refrigerate and needs to be replaced, we will send a new machine accordingly in the next batch of orders.
4) All products are tested before shipment. We will have professional technical engineers to provide online video maintenance and consultation.
Refrigerator warranty service: One year warranty for the entire refrigerator and three years warranty for the compressor.
